This paper is mainly concerned with the derivational process of 'ha-' Constructions under the Minimalist Program (MP). In order to show the derivational process of the constructions right, first, the similarity in the structures between noun phrases and sentences (Inflection Phrases, IP or Tense Phrases, TP) is oserved within the framework of the MP.
As a result, it is found that while the noun, a head, and the noun, its compliment merges together to form a noun phrase at the first stage, the verb, a head, and the noun, its compliment, merges to form a sentence or clause.
The verb 'ha-' and the noun form a verb or a verb phrase through the Merger Operation and the Noun Incorporation. The verb, as an intransitive, takes an external argument, namely, the subject, and as a transitive verb, takes an internal and external argument, namely, the subject and the object.
On the other hand, the verb phrase behaves as an intransitive or a transitive verb through V' Reanalysis : this verb, too, takes an external argument or an external and an internal argument.
At the next step, these VPs merge with T and the subject is raised towards target T. At this very moment, T projects into a TP, thereby yielding 'ha-' constructions.
