According to the development of technology proceeding in cleanroom, lately, the demand of high-technology is confornted and the buildings incline to complexity, automation and information. Especially, the cleanroom influenced by architectural environment and equipment technology is basic technology against elevation of foregin competitive power in the related industrial fields. The recent cleanroom required super clean space is necessary in many fields like semi-conductor, new material, electronic, precise machine, space aviation industustry, heredity engineering, medical treatment, and manufactureof medicines fields. To be confronted the demands for various kinds of industrial fields, so to develop the related technology, design and construction technology of clean room on the side of architectural concept, it is needed to grasp the level of related technology and development-status in the present clean room.
In this paper, it is introduced the research activities, establishment of standard for clean room and experimental clean room with state-of-the-art of clean room facilities. And running parallel with the study of the performance test of semi-conductor factory in domestic, the characteristics of air conditioning load, and the plan of energy saving, it is showed the direction of design and construction technology of clean room in future.
