A solar model house was constructed to find out the actual performance of suggested system when it was operated in real situations in Pukyong National University in Pusan. A total heat exchanger was set up in the machinery room and four regenerators were set up on the roof of solar house at the tilted angle of 5 degree and faced south. A pyranometer to measure solar radiation and an anemometer to measure outside air velocity were set up, too. The evaluation on thermal environment in summer was done to find out whether this system could be applied to real buildings or not. Through the experiments, following conclusions were obtained.
1) Regeneration rate increased rapidly when LiCl solution temperature was over 50℃.
2) When the regenerators were operated for 9 hours, the regeneration rate was 13 ~ 15㎏.
3) When a total heat exchanger was operated for 10 hours, the dehumidification rate was 12㎏ at maximum.
4) Through summer experiments, it was found that indoor temperature and relative humidity was 28.4℃ and 39.1% in average.
5) Through the evaluation on thermal environment in summer, it was found that PMV value was slightly high, but thermal sensation vote showed 71% within comfort zone.
