To increase strength and durability of ground after grouting, it is good to use grout based on suspension type, but it tends to use grout based on solution type because of its eminent permeability. As recent grout materials are so fine that its permeability have been increased but they cost too much to make it feasible. For this reason, technology of particle acceleration that make material's permeability improved like grout based on solution type, and inexpensive compared with traditional ordinary cement should be utilized. In Korea, rotary grout mixer which has slow speed mixing wing of 300rpm have been used, but it has drawback that it could not mix grout sufficiently. Because of that, high speed shear mixer should be used which could mix ultrafine particle enough, smaller than 1㎛, and improve grouting effect. In this study, using micro wet milling which could manufacture ordinary cement and high speed shear mix which could separate forcefully conglomerate particles in situ, electric specific resistance investigation, falling head permeability test and instant head level movement test were performed to analyze differences of grouting effect. From these results, its permeability was eminent much, and ,the case of using high speed shear mixer, particles of grout material were well separated.
