Changes in the working environment of the architectural design due to the internet and the computer analysis and collection
skills of data require a new concept in the architectural design methods. Our goal is to develop a computer design tool in this point
of view, as a method adequate for theses changes. Thus, this study is a part of Integrated Architectural Design Assistant Program
development to provide aids to architects in the schematic design and in decision-making. Especially, the systematic approach of
design factors in schematic design are grasped by the correlation analysis and factor analysis of design factors on the based of the
present condition and architect's intention that was investigated and analyzed by this study.
