The aim of this study is to apprehend characteristics and demands of users about variation type in middle and high
schools. It is analysed based on the questionnaire of teachers and students at work in five middle and high schools.
The results showed that the variation type is quite helpful to teaching and learning activities in both teachers and
students. However, it is shown that the students feel movement itself regard as a troublesome work, and dissatisfaction
degree of the students is highly appeared to the existing facilities with the traffic line for each class. As shown in the
results, introduction of variation type in teaching and learning activities in present facilities is not reasonable and
alternative architectural plan must be necessarily proposed for rearrangement.
