This study purposes to examine the south-north korean factors and logic of teaching-materializing in social studies reunification education. The pivotal point of reunification education is to develop peaceful and reasonable mind of learners. The important premise of this learning process is that she or he knows many different factors about reunification.
To accomplish this study, I analyzed positive-negative factors of reunification on perspectives of south-north korea and inquiried teaching design of reunification as to social constructivism.
Firstly, chapter II deals with factors of korean reunification, I have inquired northern and southern policy toward cross recognition, dialogue of south and north korea, economic collaboration, democratization of south korea, closed disposition of north korean society, problem of nuclear weapons in north korea, and contend of armaments between north and south korea.
Secondly, chapter III on teaching materializing logic of main factors in korea reunification, I have made communication learning model in view of social constructivism. This is composed of teacher's initiation, teacher and learner's initiation, and learner's initiation stages. A design for reunification class in social studies went by learning process of this model.
Consequently, this paper proposed that the social reunification is to be designed by social constructivist inspection on key factors of korea reunification.
