This article is to study Hegel's conception of civil society and what it suggests how to practice law-related education in the modem civil society. Many political philosophers have mingled civil society with state in the same meaning. By the way Hegel separated civil society from state and analyzed it clearly. He defined civil society as the system of needs. According to him, civil society is characterized by self-interest through work, inter-dependence, institutionalization of universal freedom.
But in this civil society the conflicts of interests is necessarily generated by human self-interest, division of labour, increase of the needy. To overcome of the conflicts of interests Hegel suggested the administration of justice, corporation and education(Bildung). His conception of civil society and education illuminate role and importance of law-related education in the modem civil society.
