This is to analyze aspect that city residing environment becomes weak rapidly through from and change process of an individual area and house type in Seoul. In formation of individual residential area, to be differentiated clearly with existing urban district, it had road system, and was to offer good dwelling environment and residential density in all generation in all generation, and consider only individual houses in principle although facilities for inhabitants planed in Wooidong area. When Seoul's population concentration problem by industrialization is depened. as it develops new residential area continuously, there are many constructions in individual residential areas that situation of infra-structure is good relatively than surrounding area in downtown. By indiscreet new construction in these residential areas, the floor area ratio increased when there is no increase of road ratio, finally it caused insufficiency of opem space and dwelling environment became weak by reduction of pitch of building. At the time of plan, parkong problem that did not consider greatly is influencing in residents safely with change to parking lots of outside space in residential area as the most serious problem. Through analysis about residing transfiguration aspect in residential area, because can know that dwelling environment in fallen remarkably than make up time of area, for qualitative improvement of dwelling environment, it needs a new alternative for development of individual residential area.
