The purpose of this study is to analyze the properties of cement
mortar mixed with the wasted PEPS as fine aggregate. Aimed flow
considered convenience of practices is 130,150 and 170mm : mixing
ratio of PEPS for absolute volume(P/C) is 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0. Also,
Maximum size of PEPS is 2mm and 4mm. In fresh state, flow, unit volume
wright, and water holding capacity are investigated. From the test results
it is show that as adding amount of PEPS is increased, W/C is increased up
to 66.7% and unit weight of cement mortar used PEPS is smaller than that of
general cement mortar about 1/2 - 1/4. And Also as adding amount of PEPS is
increased, water holding capacity is some what increased. Especially, Water
holding capacity of cement mortar used 2mm PEPS is larger than of cement mortar
used 4mm PEPS.
