In the apartment housing project of a large scale, several blocks which have repetitive shapes and
structures form a group, so it is difficult to control these blocks simultaneously. Therefore it is
necessary to divide blocks efficiently into the groups in order to make the control easy, and to plan
the time scheduling which has a cycle considering continuity of the repetitive constructions. As a
result, we can accomplish projects more economically.
According to the need of block grouping, this study presents the process of it, makes it to be
established optimizedly considering various effect factors, and helps the better construction through
the reduction of the duration and cost, and the efficient resource leveling.
