Unsaturated Polyester resin concretes consist of mixure of aggregate with unsaturated polyester resin. Polymer mortars are mainly used as protective coatings in concrete, reinforced concrete, and more rarely, steel, while polymer concretes represent a new type of structural material capable of withstanding highly corrosive environments. These mixes give composite materials high compressive and flexural strength. To obtain the best workability, diluted resin is necessary because of their high viscosity. In this study, the compressive and flexural properties of unsaturated polyester resin concrete is investigated in terms of diluent grade with styrene monomer(SM) contents by binder. It was found that the more SM content of unsaturated polyester resin increase, the less compressive and flexural strength decrese. It is important to know if relationships exist between SM content and strength properties of unsaturated polyester resin concrete and Relationship between compressive strength and SM content of unsaturated polyester resin concrete is simple regressin : =-17.87516(SM?UP)+1869.53, coefficient of drtermination= 0.85, and relationship between flexural strength and SM content of unsaturated polyester resin concrete is simple regressin: =-3.083333(SM/UP)+400.8889 coefficient of drtermination=0.84.
