본 연구는 금형 제조사의 인지된 서비스 품질이 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집은 2021년 4월 1일부터 2021년 5월 31일까지 금형제조사와 거래하고 있는 회사에 종사하고있는 사람을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 설문방법으로는 서베이몽키(ko.surveymonkey.com)를 이용하여 전자설문조사방법으로 실시하였다.
총 476명의 응답이 수집되었으나 설문이 끝까지 완료되지 않았거나, 불성실한 19부를 제외하고 최종적으로 457부에 유효설문지를 통계분석 자료로 사용하였다.
본 연구에 대한 실증분석을 실행하고자 IBM SPSS(Statistics Version25.0 for windows 와 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 순차적인 실증을 진행 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
먼저 포괄적인 측면에서 가설 H1인 인지된 서비스 품질이 서비스 만족에정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 ‘부분 채택’되었다. 이후 가설 H2의 서비스 만족은 행동의도에 정의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 ‘채택’되었다. 이에 H1을 구성하고 있는 총 8개 세부가설 중 2개를 제외하고 6개의 가설이 채택이 되었으며 가설 H2를 구성하고 있는 4개 가설은 모두 채택되었다.
연구결과를 토대로 시사점을 제시하자면 서비스 만족 두 요인 모두 행동 의도에 영향을 미쳤지만, 서비스 신뢰성이 재구매 의도와 추천 의도에 미치는 영향력이 더 컸다. 실제 경영성과에는 재구매 의도와 추천 의도가 매우 중요하다. 이를 통해 판매처의 다각화와 반복적인 판매가 가능해 지기 때문이다. 따라서 재구매 의도와 추천 의도를 높여 경영성과를 높이려는 금형제 조사는 서비스 신뢰성을 더 구축할 수 있도록 노력하여야 할 것이다.
