The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban regeneration projects of Changwon City and to understand the actual conditions of the urban regeneration projects of Changwon City and to understand the nature of the projects carried out so far, the status of projects by year and administrative districts. The method of this study was used to examine various documents, including books related to urban regeneration, academic papers, and various research reports on urban regeneration projects in Changwon.
The research site was integrated Changwon City, and the project related to urban regeneration was selected after Masan, Jinhae, and Changwon were integrated into one city. The spatial scope of this study was selected by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries among the integrated urban regeneration projects in Changwon. In other words, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport''s urban regeneration initiative, urban vitality promotion project, vulnerable zone life improvement project, urban regeneration New Deal project, agriculture, food and fisheries project.
Various urban regeneration projects conducted in Changwon were investigated to distinguish between the types of projects by government departments, the status of annual promotion by project, the status of administrative districts, and the status of projects. Through these distinguished factors, it was intended to identify the actual status of projects implemented in Changwon-si and derive problems with urban regeneration projects in Changwon-si.
This study conducted Contents Analysis through literature review to analyze the contents of the business plan and business status cards established at 30 urban regeneration business districts in Changwon City for 10 years.
The classification of the collected contents of urban regeneration projects by ministries is based on the project and implementation guidelines by ministries in the table presented in the theoretical consideration to establishing seven comprehensive functional type classification frameworks. The entire project went through a coding process through a complete survey of detailed projects by function of urban regeneration projects underway in Changwon City with Excel. Through this process, detailed classification has been attempted by business content, region and nature of the business over the past 10 years. These data were conducted through the SPSS (VER.24) statistical package. An analysis of the frequency of each project, the frequency of each project, the frequency of each administrative district, and the frequency of each year''s project was conducted for each type of function. Through such analysis, the government intended to present trends and trends on the project details being pursued in 30 project promotion districts and derive implications for the future direction of the project.
