China''s beauty industry POP-UP store service has entered a period of peak development. This study takes China Estee Lauder POP-UP store as an example, based on the user participation in the interactive marketing mode of Beauty POP-UP store under the new retail mode, aims to establish an interactive game mode that can enhance the user participation, so as to help enterprises complete the sustainable development of marketing services. In order to achieve this goal, this study uses questionnaire survey and user interview to investigate the key elements of user participation, uses customer journey map to determine user pain points (contact points), and then expands service latitude through service blueprint to complete the design of new game interaction mode. Through the experimental verification, the process can provide a new perspective for designers, with high timeliness and practicality, and promote the user participation of the POP-UP store, and enhance the user activity of the POP-UP store. It provides theoretical support and practical basis for the future development of POP-UP store.
