본 연구는 대학생의 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit)과의 관계를 살
펴보고, 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에서 그
릿(Grit)의 조절효과가 있는지 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 전국에
소재하고 있는 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 325명을 대상으로 온라
인 및 오프라인으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사로 자아분화, 진로
태도성숙, 그릿(Grit) 척도검사를 실시하였으며 최종적으로 323명의 자료
를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 인구통계학적 특성
에 따른 t 검증과 ANOVA 일원배치분산분석, 상관분석, 단순 회귀분석,
위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 따른 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit)의 차이에
는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 하위요인에서 부분적
으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 성별에 따른 차이로는 자아분화의 인지적
기능 대 정서적 기능, 가족 퇴행과 진로태도성숙의 독립성에서 여학생보
다 남학생이 더 높게 나타났다.
학년에 따른 차이로는 자아분화의 자아통합, 정서적 단절과 진로태도
성숙의 결정성, 독립성이 학년 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit) 간에 관계를 알아보기 위해
상관관계를 분석한 결과 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit)은 모두 서로
정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 정적인 영향을 미치
는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에서 그
릿(Grit)의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 그릿(Grit)이 조절효과를 가지는 것
으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과를 통해 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 영향을
주고 있음을 검증하였으며, 아울러 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인으로 그
릿(Grit)의 중요성을 확인하였다. 이는 대학생들의 진로상담 시 진로태도
성숙을 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료 및 개입 방안을 마련하는 데 의의가
있다 할 것이다.
