This study attempted to find out the factors affecting the medical use of employed women according to marital status. The subject of the study was based on the data of the 7th National Health and Nutrition Survey (2016-2018), and secondary analysis of the data of 4,975 employed women who responded to the health survey. Based on Andersen''s model, regression analysis was performed after designing a composite sample using the SPSS version 25.0 program to determine the factors affecting medical use according to demographic characteristics, economic characteristics, disease characteristics and health behavior characteristics.

According to results of the study, the age variable among the demographic and social characteristics was found to be a significant variable only in hospitalization use of married working women, and there was no significant variable in the analysis of factors influencing medical use according to economic characteristics. Circulatory system diseases and musculo skeletal diseases were significant variables in married working women, and endocrine, eye and ear diseases, other diseases, and cancer diseases in unmarried women. As for the factors influencing medical use according to the characteristics of health behavior, it was found that the subjective health status of married working women had a significant effect on smoking status in unmarried working women.

Through this study, the necessity of developing a customized health program according to the characteristics of the subject has been considered. and in addition, it is expected that it will be used as a basic health data for employed woman that can contribute to the expansion of social participation despite the changes caused by marriage.
