장비마다 내구연수가 존재한다. 장비의 도입, 운영 그리고 폐기까지 상태가 변하기
도 하고 장애가 발생할 수도 있다. 이러한 장비들을 기관마다 상당 양을 보유하고 있
으며 장비마다 일일이 이슈를 파악하고 있는 일은 어려운 일이다. 그렇기 때문에 단
순 재고 파악 목적만이 아닌 장비의 체계적인 Life Cycle 관리가 더욱 필요하다. 본
논문에서는 정보자원을 대상으로 통합 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는
시스템은 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 환경이라면 PC, 태블릿, 스마트폰 등을 통해 전산
화된 정보 자원 데이터에 쉽고 간편하게 접근할 수 있도록 구현한다. 또한 중앙 집중
식 관리와 사용자 레벨별 권한 부여 방식을 통해 상위 기관과 하위 기관에서의 기능
을 제한하고, 전체적인 자원의 현황을 파악할 수 있도록 통합 관리 체계를 구현한다.
