The role of startups is being highlighted as a way to cope with rapid changes of business environment. The core of startups embraces technical innovation and agility, and their role in the related industries will be stressed further in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
This study aims to review the relationship inter-partner communication competences and the impact of social exchange relationships in collaborative relationships between startups and public enterprises. And determine whether these external influencing factors relate to the internal characteristics of startups. So we would like to make suggestions to improve the management performance of startups.
