The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of body shape change, active oxygen and α-amylase on middle-aged women by performing Davinci Bodyboard exercise for 12 weeks. The study subjects were middle age 13 women in the exercise group and 13 women in the control group. The subjects were exercised three times a week for 12 weeks and analyzed the following conclusions.

1. Inbody shape change, As a result of the change of neck tilt between the two groups, there was a statistically significant difference according to the time of measurement, no significant difference between groups and a significant difference in the time of measurement and the interaction effect between the groups.
In addition, As a result of the change of shoulder tilt between the two groups, there was a statistically significant difference according to the time of measurement, no significant difference between groups and a significant difference in the time of measurement and the interaction effect between the groups.

2. In the change of active oxygen, As a result of the active oxygen change between the two groups, there was a statistically significant difference according to the time of measurement, no significant difference between the groups and also no significant difference in the time of measurement and the interaction effect between the groups

3. In the α-amylase change, As a result of the change of α-amylase between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference according to the time of measurement, and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups, and the measurement time and the interaction effect between the groups was significant.

In conclusion, the Davinci Bodyboard exercise was found to have a very positive effect on body shape change, and active oxygen and α-amylase were found to be more effective than those who did not. In the future, Davinci Bodyboard exercise seems to be effective for various ages including middle-aged women, and it can prevent chronic diseases and lifestyle diseases as well as body shape improvement and stress reduction.
