R&D 사업을 수행하는 기업 또는 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트를 수행하는 기업들이 어려움을 겪고 있는 정량적 평가지표 선정에 도움을 주기 위해 소프트웨어의 정량적 평가지표 생성 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 1단계 모듈과 2단계 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 1단계 모듈은 R&D 사업계획서, 요구사항 명세서, 제품의 산업분류, 제품의 ICT 품목을 기반으로 분석하여 ISO/IEC25023 표준규격의 품질특성과 부특성을 결과로서 도출한다, 2단계 모듈은 1단계 모듈의 결과에 기반하여 평가지표 가이드를 결과로 출력한다.
본 논문에서는 제안 모델의 1단계 모듈에서 입력 가능한 데이터 중 제품의 산업분류와 제품의 ICT 품목에 대한 결과를 도출하기 위해 소프트웨어 공인시험기관에서 성적서를 발행한 시험제품을 8가지 산업분류와 5가지 ICT 품목별로 분류하고 기업에서 선정한 정량적 평가지표인 시험항목을 ISO/IEC 25023 표준규격의 품질특성과 하위의 부특성에 매핑하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 제품의 산업분류, ICT 품목에 따라 평가지표로 선정 가능한 품질특성과 부특성을 추출하였다. 그리고 입력 가능한 데이터 중 R&D 사업계획서와 요구사항 명세서에 대한 평가지표 도출 방안 연구는 향후에 수행할 계획이다. 제안 모델의 2단계 모듈에서는 1단계 모듈의 결과인 ISO/IEC 25023 표준규격의 품질특성과 부특성에 해당하는 평가지표 가이드를 제시한다. 사용자는 제시된 평가지표 가이드를 사용 또는 응용한다면 정량적 평가지표를 선정하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
