As the government is concerned about the unstable economic situation and the contraction of business activities, the supply amount is steadily increasing due to the tax incentives and various policy support for the growth of small and medium-sized businesses and the activation of the local economy and the efficient use of the land. The number of disputes is also expected to increase.

Disputes cost unnecessary time and money, which are more damaging than the mutual benefit of the parties concerned. In order to minimize such acts as indirect capital is consumed in society, prior activities for preventing defects and for improving quality must precede the approval process.
