본 연구는 의료경영계열 대학생의 직업가치와 직업선택의도에 대해 알아보기 위하여 자가 보고식 설문 조사법을 이용한 서술적 조사 연구이다.
자료수집 기간은 2018년 6월 1일부터 6월 16일까지였다.
본 연구는 부산광역시에 소재하고 있는 4년제 대학교 3곳의 의료경영계열 대학생을 대상으로 조사하였다. 총 148부의 설문지를 배포하여 142부가 회수되었으며, 회수된 설문지 중 응답이 불성실한 설문지 3부를 제외한 총139부의 유효설문지를 통계분석 자료로 이용하였다.
본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 for windows를 이용하여 분석하였다.
연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 각 변수의 기술통계 분석결과 직업가치의 항목별 평균점수는 지식추구의 평균은 3.376±0.713점, 사회헌신의 평균은 3.577±0.646점, 인간관계 중심의 평균은 4.266±0.524점, 경제우선의 평균은 3.559±0.766점, 체면유지의 평균은 3.488±0.718점, 안정추구의 평균은 4.207±0.675점이었다.
둘째, 의료경영계열 대학생의 직업가치가 병원 원무·행정직 직업선택의도에 있어 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과 사회헌신(ß=0.554, p<0.001)과 안정추구(ß=0.473, p=0.001)가 병원원무·행정직을 선택하는 데 있어 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 의료경영계열 대학생의 직업가치가 의무기록사 직업선택의도에 있어 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과 사회헌신(ß=0.349, p=0.010)과 안정추구(ß=0.409, p=0.004)가 의무기록사를 선택하는 데 있어 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 의료경영계열 대학생의 직업가치가 국제의료관광 코디네이터 직업선택의도에 있어 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과 인간관계 중심(ß=0.632, p<0.001), 체면유지(ß=0.264, p=0.032), 안정추구(ß=-0.193, p=0.049)가 국제의료관광 코디네이터를 선택하는 데 있어 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 의료경영계열 대학생의 직업가치가 보건교육사 직업선택의도에 있어 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과사회헌신(ß=0.233, p=0.016)이 보건교육사를 선택하는 데 있어 통계적으로유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 일반적 특성에 따른 직업가치를 비교한 결과, 성별의 경우 지식추구(P=0.046)와 사회헌신(p=0.033)만이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학년에 따른 직업가치의 경우 사회헌신(p=0.001), 안정추구(p=0.024)가 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종교 유·무의차이에 따른 경우 모든 항목이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 경제적 수준의 경우 경제우선(p=0.020)의 항목을 제외한 모든 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
