This study provided the methodology and algorithms to interface with performance based designs using BIM techniques to assess the optimal use of fire safety in assessing fire safety performance. It also proposed the use of fire samples for fire safety and major inflammable materials, which affect fire safety performance, and how to model the combustible material as a means of storing the combustible properties of combustible materials. These results have resulted in a standardized design of the design garden based on the performance driven design and methods of evaluating fire safety performance using BIM. The detailed results of the study are as follows.
(1) Proposal of BIM methods for verification methods
