In addition, to evaluate the performance of the attached release for reinforced concrete with PVA fibers having a crack control effect experiments were carried out in accordance with the attached activity ocher replacement ratio. In addition, bond strength experiment carry out according to activity Hwangtoh replacement ratio that bond characteristics check with deformed steel bar in accordance reinforced concrete to PVA fibers having a crack control. Experimental results, bond strength of the PVA fiber-reinforced Hwangtoh concrete appeared to 19.81.MPa. Experimental results showed average compressive strength of 37.1 MPa and a tendency to decrease about 1.3% according to Hwangtoh replacement ratio. Also, average Bond Strength was show 11.6 MPa. Experimental results, the average compressive strength was found 31.96 MPa and splitting tensile strength average 2 MPa, bending strength is found to 7.74MPa.
