In this paper, the data from GPS CORS was handled using OTF mode to analyze the procedure and method of acquiring the time series of the absolute coordinate and the various elements which affect the accuracy in the position estimation. For this purpose, the studies have focused on the characteristics of errors occurring on the observance of GPS satellite signal and how to calibrate them at the high precision relative positioning. Based on the results of the theoretical studies, the procedure and method of handling the observation data was obtained in a way that it can estimate the GPS CORS OTF absolute coordinate in Korea in the level of above the unit of cm based on the IGS observation point located in foreign country. This procedure is made up with the static handling which determinates the unknown value using all available GPS data and estimates the atmospheric delay and the OTF mode which estimates the 3D coordinate in the CORS in Korea every 1 second. Using the BPE (Bernese Processing Engine), the series of processes were realized. Then, the test on the accuracy and the elements affecting its performance was done targeting on the data handling network made up with domestic and foreign GPS CORS of 4-points. The results showed that when the distance between GPS CORS is in the range of several hundreds to about 1,000 km, the data is observed for more than3 hours and IGS ultra rapid orbit are used, the horizontal direction of coordinate which is critical in the interpretation of the diastrophism caused by the earthquake can be estimated to the level of ±1cm.
