Laughter is one of the most important mediation methods to contribute satisfaction in life and happiness which are fundamental and purpose of life as itself as well as improving our physical health. Through this study it is examined how ordinary people can find out and develop their potential, strengths and capabilities by knowledge, thechnics and attitude that relate to laughter in order to overcome their difficulties and pursue their happy lives.

The purpose of this study is to investigate that the influencing relationship among positive psychological capital, educational satisfaction and educatinal loyalty in order to suggest the need of laughter education which is based on advanced reserch and basic referedce about laughter education as a part of leisure use and eduation for happiness.

To achieve the purpose of study, subjects of the study have been chosen from people who completed and qualified for laughter education in their groups, companies and schools in Seoul and the capital area. Total of 460 copies were collected thorough convenience sampling method. Later the final number of valid samples which were used for the study was 436 copies excluding inappropriate samples. The research tools that were used in this study were questionnaire including 53 questions that were proved its credibility and validity through advanced reserch. In order to verify the questions in this research statstical program called SPSS 22.0 is used to analysis frequency, exploratory factor and credibility as well as multicenter retrospective study. Through the method and the procedure of the study, there was the result shown below.

Firstly, the attitude of laughter education is able to affect educational satisfaction. This means that the more the attitude of laughter education the higher achievment in educationa satisfaction. Secondly, the attitude of laughter education influences on educational loyalty. This shows that if the attitude of laughter education can be higher this can make educatinal loyalty higher too. Thirdly, the attitude of laughter education also influences on positive psychological capital. This result can suggest the need of later study of relationship between educational satisfaction and positive psychological capital. Fourthly, the attitude of laughter education influences on educational loyalth. This means that when the satisfaction of laughter education can be higher this can increase educational loyalty. Fifthly, the level of laughter educational satisfaction influences partially on positive psychological catpital. This can suggest the need of further study on the relationship between educational satisfaction and postitive psychological capital. Sixthly, laughter educational loyalty influences on positive psychological capital. This means that the higher educational loyalty we have, the higher positive psychological capital can be caused.

To sum up, this research empirically analyses that laughter education contributes to satisfaction of life and happiness which is fundamenta and purposeful itself. Also as a positive emotion laughter can influence higher on education. Moreover layghter education is not just for having fun and pleasure but also significantly important to find out people''s potential to from their positive psychological capital. It is also verified that laughter educaion is effective people to have happy lives. Therefore it is expected that laughter education is going to be utilized as an effective educational program in order to teach people to use their leisure and have happiness education.
