본 연구는 임상간호사의 대인관계능력과 고객지향성 정도를 확인하고, 그들 간의 관계를 탐색하며, 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 일개 상급종합병원 간호사 207명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2016년 4월1일부터 2016년 4월 20일까지 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson''s correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression을 사용하였다.
연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 간호사의 대인관계능력 평균점수는 5점 만점에 3.64±0.39점, 고객지향성 평균점수는 5점 만점에 3.93±0.44점 이었다. 2. 간호사의 특성 중 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 요소는 월수입(r=-0.168, p=.016), 교육정도(F=3.601, p=.029)와, 동거가족수(r=0.188, p=.007)이었다. 3. 간호사의 특성 중 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 요소는 연령(r=0.206, p=.003), 근무 년 수(r=0.181, p=.009) 주관적 건강상태(r=0.155, p=.026)이었다. 4. 대인관계능력은 고객지향성과 양의 상관관계(r=0.480, p<.001)가 있었으며, 회귀분석 결과 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 대인관계능력(β=0.51, p<.001), 연령(β=0.26, p<.001), 주관적 건강상태(β=0.13, p=.022)로 이들 변수에 의한 고객지향성 설명력은 31%(F=32.76, p<.001)였으며, 이중 대인관계능력이 가장 영향력이 큰 변수로 나타났다
본 연구 결과를 통해 대인관계능력과 고객지향성이 강한 양의 상관관계를 갖는다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었고, 대인관계능력, 연령, 주관적 건강상태가 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이로써 직무현장에서는 임상간호사의 건강을 좋게 유지하고, 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여, 고객지향성을 향상시킬 수 있으리라 사료된다.
Effect of Interpersonal Relationship on Customer Orientation in Clinical Nurses

This study explored clinical nurses'' interpersonal relationship and customer orientation and the relations between two factors were analyzed. The factors that affect customer orientation were researched. Descriptive research for study was done. Data was collected from April 1st to April 20th in 2016. 207 nurses, who were working in a university hospital, participated in this research. They had answered structured questionnaires. Collected date was analyzed through SPSS 21.0 and several factors for analyzed data such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson''s correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression were checked.
The results of the study are as follows. 1. The average score of nurses'' interpersonal relation ability is 3.64±0.39 out of 5 and the average score of customer orientation is 3.93±0.44 out of 5.
2. General and job characteristics for nurses, that affects interpersonal relationship, are monthly pay(r=-0.168, p=.016), education level(F=3.601, p=.029), and the number of family members(r=0.188, p=.007).
3. General and job characteristics for nurses, that affects customer orientation, are age(r=0.206, p=.003), working duration(r=0.181, p=.009), and subjective health status(r=0.155, p=.026).
4. Interpersonal relation ability has positive correlations with customer orientation(r=0.480, p<.001) of regression output. Significant factors of customer orientation are interpersonal relation ability (β=0.51, p<.001), age(β=0.26, p<.001), and subjective health status(β=0.13, p=.022. Customer orientation could be explained 31%(F=32.76, p<.001) with those factors. Interpersonal relation ability had much effect on customer orientation.
Therefore, interpersonal relationship has a positive correlation with customer orientation and factors such as interpersonal relationship, age, and subjective health status. The result of this study will be basic data for developing new program that makes clinical nurses’ health condition get better.
