The purpose of this study is the investigation of the effects of home support exercise program (HSEP) in miltiparous and nonparous women. In their 30s and 40s women, the groups of multiparous and nonparous women were divided into each multiparous exercise group(A=8), multiparous control group(B=8), nonparous exercise group(C=8), and nonparous control group(D=8) group. Each exercise group peformed 3 times a week for 12 weeks with the home support exercise program ,which was included with 1-6 weeks for 50-<60% HRR(RPE 12-13) and 7-12 weeks for ≤60-70% HRR(RPE 14-15). For the analysis, SPSS Ver. 21.0 was used to get mean(M), standard deviation(SD) values. The comparison of the changes in groups was analyzed using a paired t-test, independence t-test, and one-way ANOVA. They were applied to verify interaction between group and time. Data program with alpha level of p<.05 for all tests of significance.
The conclusions of this study were as follows;

1. Health-related fitness
The exercise group of multiparous women was shown the body composition variables (increased FFM, decreased percent body fat, and increased grip strength), increased sit-ups significance, and increased sit-and-reach significance. The control group of multiparous women was significantly reduced in step test. In the group comparison sit-ups multiparous exercised than that of multiparous control group, nonparous exercised group, nonparous control group was of increased. Sit-ups and sit-and-reach exercises had interaction effect in time changes and each group.

2. Blood Lipid Profile
In comparison with the multiparous control and nonparous control group(TC) of multiparous women, the nonparous exercise and nonparous control group(HDL-C) of nonparous women was each significantly reduced. There was no significant difference between groups

3. Stress hormone
In the exercise group of multiparous women, the secretion of cortisol was significantly reduced. The concentrations of epinephrine and norepinephrin had no significant difference in all four groups. There was no significant difference between groups

4. Immune Function
In comparison with the control group(IgA, IgG, IgM) of multiparous women, the control group(IgA, IgG) of nonparous women was each significantly reduced. IgG has interaction effect in time changes and each group. There was no significant difference between groups

5. Depression scale(CES-D)
There was significance increase in the exercise group of multiparous women by changes in CES-D. There was no significant difference between groups

In conclusion, HSEP for 12 weeks is shown in the improvement of health-related-fitness(excluded step test) stress hormone(cortisol) and CES-D. The multiparous women need the recommendation of HSEP to make of a way life easily. In further studies, we will expect to be possible in the maximization of the positive effects of HSEP through taking into all ages, and through varying the intensity and duration of applied exercise. Consequently, the ensure of the validity and generality of HSEP should be considered for the healthful life of the multiparous women.
