The reproductive effect of freshwater invertebrates (Daphnia magna) has been carried out to verify the effect of the microbial-organic farming materials. The daphnia were exposed for 21 days in the media which were freshly maintained by replacing 3 times a week. In this study, Botryzen, one of the microbial-organic farming materials, was used as test substance and treated at the level of 2.1×103, 6.1×103, 2.3×104, 6.9×104 and 2.1×105 cfu/mL on basis of the measured concentrations of Ulocladium oudemansii spores, which is the active ingredient. The non-treated test medium and high concentration of test substance with steralization were placed as control groups.....
