Ground anchor method is used to prevent collapse of neighboring ground, subsidence and movement when underground excavation. Existing trigonal form bracket can not be possibly adjustable angle when constructing installed angle of ground anchor, because of brackets have fixed angle in a factory. Also, trigonal form brackets are imperfection and instability caused by inequable force. In addition, existed trigonal form brackets can be wrecked easily because concentration force by eccentric load induced fixed loading plate of anchor brackets. In this study, new bracket system is proposed to overcome the weakness of conventional box type bracket.

In this study, new brackets to control angle adjustable develop for high structural stability of rounding brackets and subject to structural evaluation and to eccentric load through ''ANSYS Workbench'' program.

As a result, new brackets are increase about 24% than existing brackets. In addition, it is because side plate of new brackets is arch shape, loads acting on ground anchor can sustain.
Also, it is shown that this bracket shows steady state with no sudden collapse under 20% eccentricity load in loading plate. Futhermore, the strength is increased about 14% than trigonal form brackets.
