This study is to analysis organizational behavior based on between ISO accredited group and non accredited group with a subject of study for railway workers who belong to domestic railway cooperation.
I verify the hypothesis empirically how result of customer satisfaction is influenced by job satisfaction, leadership, training and education, ISO process which are included on lists of ISO9001. The result of analysis was ISO process had the effect on positively result of customer satisfaction, but training and education had no meaning of relation with the result of customer satisfaction among the ISO accredited groups.
And the relation among ISO process, training and education, result of customer satisfaction had the mediator effects each other for job satisfaction and leadership. However, from the results of the analysis, ISO non accredited groups were confirmed that job satisfaction and leadership had no mediator effects. And ISO process, education and training in ISO accredited group had a positive effect on job satisfaction and leadership each other, but ISO non accredited group had a positive effect on only ISO process with job satisfaction and leadership each other.
