There is an antithesis between accidentally discovered buried cultural properties excavation, preservation and development projects in processes of Rebuilding. Consequently, developers continue the many development project without report accidentally discovered buried cultural properties in process of redevelopment. It is so important to preserve the history of the past in the city. But the development for the city also important. Because the city have to achieve requirements of necessary function as the place of livelihood for people who currently living. The purpose of this study was to draw more efficient utilization methods of accidentally discovered buried cultural properties in process of redevelopment through the analysis and comparing of domestic and foreign cases to look for ways to settle when that kinds of problems conflict.
