LOHAS came in 2000 as the term of their health and the pursuit of happiness, with the global environment and the community, and even to posterity and to act with care refers to a way of life.
The community facilities in apartment housing that applied the concept of LOHAS, healthy living, safety, personal development, community development, sustainable economy and ecology lifestyle.
In this study applies the concept of LOHAS community facilities in apartment housing to study interaction of community between facilities, satisfaction, and useful activities based on the Survey of residents on community facilities plan of apartment buildings that applies the concept of LOHAS to clarify the design guidelines that can be reflected in the community facilities plan.
