The objective of this study were to examine the effect of leadership style of social entrepreneur on workers'' quality of work life. Especially leadership style is measured by transformational and servant leadership. Sense of community at work place that is recognized as decent factor of organizational effectiveness set mediating variable. This study is the quality of life of workers and the productivity of the organization are recognized at the same time considering the quality of working life in applied research and distinction in that the leading and leadership style of social entrepreneurs at work to mediate the partnership working life can affect the quality and significance in that the said empirically be. To this end, Busan, Ulsan. Kyungnam 48 social enterprises and employees 306 people In the following survey findings were derived. First, transformational leadership and servant leadership influence sense of community at workplace. Looking at sub-sector level, ideally, influence, motivation, altruistic calling, persuasion appeared to affect altruism, career and community workers, transforming influence of the ideal of leadership, servant leadership is the emotional attachment to healing and stewardship influence sexuality. Second, the quality of work life of the factors affecting the demographic characteristics of age, income was significant, ideal for transformational leadership influence, intellectual stimulation, emotional healing in servant leadership, persuasion affects the organizational dimension respectively. Managerial level, age, industry, region, intellectual stimulation, transformational leadership, servant leadership, the emotional healing, love sex in the partnership was significant. Third, the relationship between the leadership and the quality of working life in sense of community with the mediating effect of job only in the static impact of servant leadership was confirmed. This partnership increases servant leadership and the more work, which is that it could lead to the quality of work Based on these results, I derive theoretical and practical implications for social welfare as follows. As theoretical implications follows. First, the measurement of social entrepreneurship, in theory, overcome the limitations of the target transformational servant leadership metrics as proposed. Secondly, to reflect the characteristics of social enterprises can measure employee satisfaction usefulness of the quality of work life. Third, by applying the sense of community at workplace work taking place within the organization a sense of belonging, exchange, such as attachment dynamics within the organization dealt with.
