This paper attempts to review Marx''s analysis of the periodic actual crises. The purposes of this paper are as follow: First, this paper tries to arrange the main points of Marx''s analysis of the actual crises to rightly understand it. I''ll review it according to the periods which the crises occurred. The periods include 4 stages such as the crisis of 1847~48, 1857~58, 1866~68, and 1873~79. Second, this paper compares each crisis with one another to grasp the basic system and concepts of Marx''s recognition concerning crises and understand the process of constructing and developing of them. Third, this paper tries to seek the theoretical meaning of the Marx''s analysis of the periodic crises. This paper reviews several points of the crises such as the world-market crisis, the cycle of the crisis, the developing forms of the crises, the relation between crisis and the revolution, the monetary and credit faces of the crises, and the overproduction and the fall of the prophet rate as the causes of the crisis.
