It was revealed that the many reviews of dental plaque control/ removal references were effective factor to maintenance and increase on oral health status. The purpose of this study was to more effectiveness of oral health education(OHE) or oral hygiene instruction(OHI) incorporating professional plaque control/removal than a conventional plaque control/removal. Self and professional plaque control/removal in addition to tooth brushing instruction was to decreased incidence and prevalence rate of loss of teeth.
In the review of literature by using systematic method, domestic references of plaque control including OHE or OHI was to analysed and concluded to enhance oral health. It would be better to effect the plaque control/removal to tooth brushing using a disclosing agents. Routine OHE or OHI would be help to increase to oral health. For a quality of life related oral health, reliability and validity of data is need to developed and its data should be to applied dental health insurance policy.
