The objective of this study is to explore the relation of job stress, mindfulness, job satisfaction and mental health. To achieve this, mindfulness and job satisfaction are set as mediating variables between job stress and mental health. That is, it is established as theoretical path model that job stress has direct or indirect effect on mental health through mindfulness and job satisfaction. And then it is tested and verified statistically. For this study, 300 employees were sampled as the subject in Seoul and Kyeonggido and finally 248 available questionaries were completed by the self-reporting method. The data was analyzed using the simple correlation analysis and path analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the simple correlations of each variables were tested. The correlations among all variables within the study model are significant. The job stress and mindfulness, job satisfaction and ''psychological well-being'' in mental health are significant negative correlation. The job stress and ''mental disorder'' in mental health are significant positive correlation. The mindfulness and job satisfaction, ''psychological well-being'' in mental health are significant positive correlation. The job satisfaction and ''psychological well-being'' in mental health are significant positive correlation. Second, through the path analysis it is verified that the mindfulness and job satisfaction work as dual meditating variables on the links between the job stress and mental health. In the other words, mindfulness and job satisfaction have portional meditating effect on the links between job stress and mental health. That is, job stress has directly or indirectly effect on mental health through mindfulness and job satisfaction. Finally, the implications and limits of this study are discussed.
