The vibration control simulation of magnetic bearing-shaft was investigated in this study. This paper also proposes the simulation method and algorithm the vibration control of the magnetic bearing-shaft using multi-body dynamic software.
The paper focuses on the control system of the magnetic bearing-shaft applied any rotational speed using the Predictive Expert Control Method(PECM). And this paper composes the flexible rotational model about the shaft using two magnetic bearings in the way of former papers, performs the control simulation and derives the control value. And this study suggests the control possibility according to any rotational speed using the new PECM algorithm method.
The advantages of PECM are 1) to decrease the working time than the conventional method. 2) the possibility of control to obtain the control value automatically according to any rotational speed. 3) to control accurately the model of the magnetic bearing-shaft increasing in number of the control value according to any rotational speed.
The PECM is the control algorithm of rotational system according to any rotational speed and it was developed from the control algorithm using Predict Control Method(PCM). This algorithm controls any rotational speed system changed P-Gain and phase. Through the result of simulation applied PECM, the PECM can be possible to control of actual tests.
