四柱命理學은 한 인간의 生年 ? 月 ? 日 ? 時를 六十甲子로 변환하여 陰陽五行論과 干支論 그리고 日干을 중심으로 나머지 간지와 상관관계에 의거하여 다차원적 관점에서 인간의 吉凶禍福을 추단하는 未來豫測學으로 수천년 동안 경험적 연구와 임상을 통한 검증으로 논리적 근거를 제시하며 발전해 왔다.
陰陽論은 우주변화의 과정 속에서 나타나는 상반된 氣의 두 작용에 대한 인식으로 대립과 통일의 모순적인 合의 원리이고 五行論은 음양론의 바탕에서 인체의 각 장부와 조직의 통일, 인간과 자연의 관계를 설명하는 生剋의 원리이다. 이때 각각의 오행사이에서 발생하는 生剋制化는 이런 통일을 위해서 인체를 안정과 조화를 위한 필요한 기본구조를 유지시키는 틀이 된다.
한의학에서는 인체의 평형을 유지하려면 “지나침”과 “모자람”의 소재를 파악하고 五臟의 偏勝偏衰를 판단해 正氣를 잘 지켜야 한다고 강조한다. 따라서 한의학에서 말하는 질병이란 몸 안의 氣의 균형이 깨어진 상태을 의미하고, 치료란 깨진 氣의 균형을 바로잡는 것으로 한의학은 氣醫學이라 할 수 있다.
본 논문에서 전개될 생체에너지란 동양학에서는 氣라고 표현하며 존재하는 실체이면서도 만질 수 없고, 냄새를 맡을 수도 없으며 심지어 형체조차 보이지 않는 존재이므로 알기 쉽게 설명하기란 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다.
사람을 포함한 모든 생물이나 무생물체는 스스로의 존재를 유지하고자 하는 고유의 파동에너지를 갖고 있다. 기실 개체뿐만 아니라 인체의 각 장기도 각기 고유한 생체에너지 파동을 갖고 있다. 이러한 파동의 원리를 이용하여 인체가 가진 자연치유력을 높이려는 연구가 현재 활성화되는 추세에 있다.
이와 같은 선행 연구와 많은 임상에서 얻은 소중한 자료들을 통해 본 연구자는 하나의 귀중한 가설을 얻을 수 있었다. 그것은 사주명리학적 질병론에 따라 인체장부의 정상기능에 병리변화가 발생하였을 때 오장육부의 각 장기가 지니는 고유의 진동수에 따라 생체에너지의 파동이 발산되어 공명현상이 나타날 수 있다는 것이다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 가설을 이론적 배경으로 삼아 다우징 기법을 통해 사주명리학적 질병과 생체에너지적 접근 간의 실증적 사례분석을 통한 상관성 규명에 초점을 맞추었으며 실험을 통해 다수의 국민들이 실생활에 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 생체에너지적 질병이론이 未開發된 과학의 영역에서 벗어날 수 있게끔 하고자 하였으며, 다우징기법을 통한 질병 예측 방법을 연구함으로써 예방의학적 측면에서 국민 보건 증진에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 탐색하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 구체적으로 정리하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인간의 오장육부인 동방 木인 신경계통, 남방 火인 혈액순환계통, 중앙 土의 소화기계통, 서방 金의 호흡기계통, 북방 水인 생식비뇨기계통 및 삼초에 문제가 있을 때 그 질병의 상태에 따라 엘로드와의 공명현상이 실제로 나타나는가를 검증한 결과, 임상실험자의 사주원국에서 신경계통(간 · 담), 혈액순환계통(심장 · 소장), 소화기계통(비장 · 위장), 호흡기계통(폐 · 대장), 생식비뇨기계통(신장 · 방광)에 문제가 있으면 반드시 엘로드의 반응이 나타났다. 그러나 대운 및 세운의 영향을 비롯한 여러 요인이 작용함에 따라 엘로드의 회전 반응이 다르게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다.
둘째, 인체의 질병과 생체에너지 간의 공명현상에 따라 엘로드 반응을 검증한 결과, 사주원국에서 질병이 발생했거나 임상실험자들의 오장육부에 병증이 뚜렷하게 나타나는 경우에는 그 질병의 상태에 따라서 엘로드가 반드시 반응을 나타냈다. 그러나 연구자의 심리상태가 엘로드 반응에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 주관이 개입되지 않게끔 마음을 비우고 평온한 상태에서 측정해야 인체질병에 따라 엘로드 반응이 정확하게 나타났다.
또한, 임상대상자들의 신경계통에 대한 病理變化가 더 빈번하게 나타나는 현상은 현재의 어려운 경제상황과 무관하지 않으며, 정신적 갈등과 각종 스트레스로 인한 사회적인 현상에 기인한 경우가 많은 것을 알 수 있었다.
셋째, 사주진단과 실제와의 일치도 분석에서 사주명리학적 질병론에 의한 임상실험자들의 질병상태를 분석한 결과, 사주원국에서 태과불급과 음양오행의 귀속에 의하여 인체의 장부조직인 각 오행이 없는 경우와 오장육부의 병리상태에 있어 대운의 生扶가 없는 경우에는 임상실험자들의 57 %이상이 다소 정도의 차이는 있으나 관련 질병에 노출되어 있었다. 그리고 운세의 영향과 剋 ? 刑 ? 沖의 복합적인 변수들로 인해 중화를 잃어 대칭성이 깨진 경우에는 75 %의 임상실험자들이 관련 질병에 노출되어 있었다.
사주원국에서 오행이 골고루 갖추어져 중화가 잘 되어 있고 氣勢의 유통이 되어 있으면 운세 및 剋 ? 刑 ? 沖의 영향에도 별다른 반응이 없었으나, 임상실험자의 나이가 변수로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 즉 신경계통과 혈액순환계통, 소화기계통, 호흡기계통 그리고 생식비뇨기계통의 사주명리학적 질병의 문제는 나이에 따른 차이를 보였다.
넷째, 생체에너지 진단과 실제와의 일치도 분석에서 임상실험자의 명조에서 태과불급과 극 ? 충 ? 형 등의 복합적인 변수들이 작용하여 질병상태가 심각한 경우 270?360도의 반응을 보인 비율은 80 %로 나타났으나, 전체 평균 비율은 65 %로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인체의 질병상태를 진단 · 예측하고 치료하는 데 있어 생체신호가 매우 중요한 역할을 한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서 다음과 같이 연구의 한계점과 미래의 연구과제를 제언하고자 한다.
첫째, 동양의학에서 음양오행 이론은 우주 자연계의 현상을 관찰하는 것에서 시작하여 자연현상을 인체와 결부시키고 오장육부와 신체 등의 변화를 응용시켜 동양의학에 막대한 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 따라 사주명리학적 질병론이 입체적인 인과관계를 지닌 과학보다 정밀성이 높다고 생각될 수 있으나, 과학적이고 객관적, 타당성이 결여된 경험적 접근이라는 점에서 많은 사람들이 이를 신뢰하지 못하고 부정적으로 생각하고 있는 점이 아쉬웠다. 따라서 사주명리학적 질병론이 만인에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 유익한 학문임이 인정되고, 이러한 학문의 응용을 통해 다양한 임상적 측면에서의 가치가 활용되어 최종적으로 실용화될 수 있기를 바란다.
둘째, 사주명리학적 질병론과 생체에너지론적 질병 간의 향후 연구에서는 조사대상의 표집방법을 구체적으로 세분화할 필요가 있다. 즉 임상실험자의 집단의 크기를 확대하고 인구통계학적 변수를 고려하여 사주원국에서 오행의 태과불급과 극 ? 형 ? 충 등 다양한 변수들을 표본별로 구체적으로 세분화하여 분석해야 한다. 또한 각 변수들의 요인분석과 신뢰도 검증을 위한 신뢰도분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 다차원적인 관점에서 실시하여 변수들을 계량화함으로써 산출된 데이터를 활용하는 방법론적 접근이 시도될 필요가 있다.
셋째, 동서양 의학의 접목을 통해 총체적이고 全一的인 의학을 창출해 낼 가장 좋은 여건을 조성하기 위하여 생체에너지에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 검증된다면, 세계 각국에서 활용해오던 치유 방식들 중 과학적 지식만으로는 설명할 수 없었던 치유의 메커니즘까지도 합리적인 이해가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 이에 대한 검증과 연구는 미래에도 활발하게 진행되어야 한다.
또한 사주명리학적 질병론의 관점에서 각각의 건강상태 및 질환여부를 정확히 알아내고 질병을 조기 진단할 수 있는 깊은 연구가 필요하며, 그에 따라 현대의학과 사주명리학이 접목되어 융합학문으로서 실용화되기를 바란다. 그리고 다양한 분야에서 생체에너지에 대한 실증적 분석을 통해 우주 자연계에는 물질과 氣, 그리고 의식이 존재한다는 사실이 향후 연구에서 밝혀지기를 희망한다.

Therefore, diseases mentioned in Oriental medicine mean the state that the balance of energy in the body is lost and treatment is to correct the balance of off-balance energy and Oriental medicine can be said to be energy medicine.
All living creatures or inanimate objects including human have their own wave energy to maintain existence of themselves. Actually, each organ of human body as well as an individual also has its own bio-energy wave. At present, research to increase natural healing power of human body by using the principle of these waves is on an activating trend.
Through precious materials obtained from these previous studies and many clinical testings, this researcher could get one valuable hypothesis. The hypothesis is that according to Saju-Myungrihak (Four Pillars Divination Art) disease theory, when pathological changes and normal function of human organs occur, resonance may appear because there is unique frequency in each organ of internal organs and the wave of bio-energy is emitted.
Therefore, by making this hypothesis as the theoretical background, this study focused on identifying a correlation through empirical case study between bio-energy approach and Saju-Myungrihak disease through the dowsing technique and attempted to make the bio-energy disease theory escape from the undeveloped science field so that a large number of citizens can usefully take advantage of it through experiments and tried to explore the way that can contribute to the promotion of the public health in terms of preventive medicine by studying disease prediction methods through the dowsing technique. Summarizing the analysis results specifically is as follows.
First, the result of verifying if resonance with L-Rod with resonance according to the state of Saju-Myungrihak disease actually appears showed that if there is a problem in the internal organs of a clinical subject, L-Rod reaction was sure to be shown. However, it could be seen that as several factors work including the impact of great fortune and minor fortune, rotation reaction of L-Rod appears differently.

Therefore, if a correlation through the empirical case analysis between human diseases and bio-energy is deeply studied and verified, pathologic changes will be able to be predicted with a high probability. And the fact that the research and dissemination of the field is incomplete needs to be reconsidered once more because the dowsing technique is also the diagnostic method with great practicality, versatility and effects.
That is, more intensive related research should be made in order to enhance modern medicine by early diagnosing diseases with the technique and to contribute to the promotion of public health.
This study suggests the limit of this research and future study task as follows. First, in oriental medicine, the theory of Yin and Yang starts from observing the phenomena of the natural world, connects it to the human body, and has greatly impacted to the oriental medicine appling the changes of five viscera and six entrails, bodies, etc. It seems the horoscopic disease theory of Myungri is more precise than the science that has the cubic causation, but lots of people think it negatively without trust because of its empirical approach that lacks the scientific, objective, and adequacy. Thus, I hope that the horoscopic disease theory of Myungri is recognized as a useful scholarship that can help everyone, uses the value in various clinical perspectives through applying it, and is finally practical.
Second, in the future studies between the horoscopic disease theory of Myungri and bio-energetic disease, the collecting method of study would be necessary to breakdown in detail. That is, the study size should be enlarged and analyze various variables such as Taegwabulgup at the Four Pillar, effects of big and small fortunes, Guk, Hyung, Chung, etc. in detail according to each sample. Also, it is necessary to try the methodological approach that uses the output data by quantifying variables through factor analysis, reliability analysis to verify the reliability, correlation analysis, etc. in multi-dimensional perspectives.
Third, if the study on the bio-energy is vividly performed and verified to compose good circumstance that can create total and whole medicine through grafting oriental and western medicines, it is expected to understand reasonably the mechanism of healing that cannot explain with the scientific knowledge only among healing methods used in the world. Its verification and studies should be performed vividly even in the future.
In addition, it is necessary to study in depth 솜t can find out each health condition and disease and diagnose the disease in early stage from the perspective of the horoscopic disease theory of Myungri. Thus, I hope it becomes practical as the convergence studies by grafting between modern medicine and the theory of Myungri. And I hope the facts that material, energy, and consciousness are exist in the universal world of nature through empirical analysis on the bio-energy in various fields.
