The purpose of this study is to understand the visual interest of college students in the interior of the indoor space of each Hanok accommodation facility and to find out how designing the facilities according to their preferences can contribute to the revitalization of Hanok accommodation facilities. Three indoor images of Hakin-dang were selected, and the eye tracking experiment and survey data of 31 undergraduate students at J-University were analyzed. As a result, first, it was found that the subject wanted a clean space with a modern Korean paper wall, although they interested in traditional elements such as folding screens, bedding, cabinets, windows, and frames. Second, since the three indoor images show a tendency to be centralized in common, it is possible to grasp the necessity of arranging elements that can show tradition in the center of the room of the accommodation facility. In conclusion, since the intention to stay is important for the interior of Hanok accommodation facilities, combining them with modern designs rather than leaning toward tradition can contribute to the marketing perspective.
