PURPOSE : To explore the factors influencing tourists’ satisfaction with ski resorts and provide empirical references for the realization of high quality supply of ski tourism services. Also, to improve the competitiveness of Chongli tourist resort, promote local economic development, increase the total ski population in China, promote the development of ski culture in China, and enhance the international competitiveness of ski tourism.
METHODS : The paper uses the questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis method to analyse the degree of influence of each dimension of ski resort service on tourists’ satisfaction.
RESULTS : (1) Tourists’ expectations, management quality, infrastructure quality, service quality,
marketing quality and perceived value all positively and significantly affect tourists’ satisfaction. (2) The relationship between tourists’ expectations on tourists’ perceived value, perceived management quality and perceived infrastructure quality is not significant.
CONCLUSIONS : Ski resorts should focus on meeting tourists’ expectations to satisfy the consumer demand of different market segments, improve management quality, perfect infrastructure, provide quality services to strengthen the construction of large - scale skiing holiday complexes, and formulate effective marketing strategies to implement differentiated development strategies. Through continuous improvement and enhancement, better results in terms of visitor satisfaction in ski resorts can be achieved, providing better ski tourism experience and value.
