In this study, the shape of the low-flow bypass static pressure valve was designed and examined by calculating whether flow distribution was possible in the valve internal channel by applying the kinetic equation in the valve. In addition, the diameter of the silicon pad hole was fixed to 1.2 mm and the flow path gap between the silicon pad and the upper plate was changed to 0.2, 0.5, 1, and 1.5 mm to calculate the difference in flow rate between the collecting air and the external air and derive the correlation equation. It can be seen that as the flow path gap between the silicone pad and the upper plate increases, the inflow of external air increases and the flow rate of the sample collecting air decreases. This results in a decrease in the internal static pressure as the flow path gap increases, resulting in an increase in the external air flow rate. It is shown that the ratio of external air to collected air can be adjusted by adjusting the flow path gap of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5mm. For the purpose of the low flow static pressure control valve, it is desirable to adjust up to 50%, but when the flow path gap was adjusted to 1.5 mm, the inflow of external air was adjusted to 51.35%. Based on the analysis results, the correlation equation for the ratio of external air according to the flow path gap was derived.
