R448A is a safe and efficient alternative refrigerant of R404A for commercial refrigeration system, and while there are experimental on the boiling heat transfer of R448A inside mini-channel in literature, currently there is no numerical investigation of R448A yet, due to the complication arise from boiling of non- azeotropic multiple components mixture. In this work, we develop a mass transfer model for the numerical simulation of the boiling of non-azeotropic mixture. The model was applied in the simulation of R448A inside a mini-channel, and we compared the value against data and correlation, showing a reasonably well prediction. Finally, the concentration field is presented, displayed the boiling preference of more volatile components within the mixture, causing the elevation of bubble point temperature
