This study aims to analyze the impact of universities' career, employment, and entrepreneurship education and programs on students' career decisions using survey data from the 4th year (2020) of the Korean Education and Employment Panel. Career, employment, and entrepreneurship education subjects were divided into major subjects related to career and job search, liberal arts subjects related to career and job search, subjects related to employment preparation, and subjects related to entrepreneurship, and their impact on career decisions was analyzed. The analysis revealed that none of the variables related to career, employment, and entrepreneurship education subjects influenced career decisions. Additionally, career and employment start-up services, including career counseling with department (major) professors, career counseling at career development centers, career mentoring, use of career development websites, provision of company and employment information, employment preparation programs, field training, internships, job festivals and fairs, employment-related clubs, and start-up-related clubs, were analyzed for their impact on career decisions. The analysis found that career employment counseling with department (major) professors significantly influenced students' career decisions. These results indicate that while career, employment, and entrepreneurship courses offered at universities do not directly affect students' career decisions, career and employment counseling with department (major) professors does have a significant impact. This suggests that universities need to increase opportunities for interaction between professors and students and expand the provision of corporate recruitment information to help students gain confidence in their career decisions.
