In this study, we intend to develop an algorithm setting and product for IoT-based RCD that will be applied to 3Φ 4W IoT distribution panels for low pressure. R, L, C, and IC chips applied to IoT-based RCD maintained quality uniformity by applying surface mounting technology. The size of IoT-based RCD is 32 mm× 70mm× 57mm, which is about 18mm higher than that of the regular RCD, so the work process is shortened when installed in the existing distribution panel, making it convenient to reduce costs and install. In addition, a green LED lamp is installed on the load side to inform the operating status of IoT-based RCD in real time, so you can check the communication status. As a result of installing the developed IoT-based RCD in the IoT distribution panel and repeatedly measuring the resistance on the load side 30 times, the arithmetic mean of L1-N was interpreted as 126.84mΩ, L2-N was 116.44mΩ, and L3-N was interpreted as 114.65mΩ. The probability plot, normal distribution, and standard deviation were analyzed by applying the statistical function technique to the resistance of each IoT-based RCD installed in the IoT-based distribution panel. The average of general L1-N was interpreted as 127.0mΩ, the standard deviation was 1.904, the AD-value was 0.575, and the p-value was 0.124. In addition, the average of L2-N was interpreted as 116.4mΩ, the standard deviation was 1.335, the AD-value was 0.545, and the p-value was 0.148. The mean of L3-N was interpreted as 114.7mΩ, the standard deviation was 0.697, the AD-value was 0.205, and the p-value was 0.856. The statistics of AD applied in the statistical analysis of the developed product were interpreted as small, and it was confirmed that all p-values were greater than 0.05.
