Digital Twin (DT) technology is advancing in building systems, enhancing interoperability through a five-dimensional model: Physical Entity (PE), Virtual Entity (VE), Digital Twin Data (DD), Digital Twin Connections (DN), and Service (S). However, the "Service (S)" dimension remains underexplored in the building digital twinning domain. To address this gap, this paper introduces two schemas. The Holistic Digital Twin Services (HDTS) schema is proposed for facilitating DT services and defining relationships with the core components (Data, Algorithm, Mode, and Application) and the Five-Dimensional Digital Twin (5DDT) schema for addressing the relationship between all the entities of the five-dimensional DT model.
