It is widely used in the fields of food development, education and training including safety education, marketing strategy planning, and sensory evaluation. It has increased the sense of immersion and satisfaction in various fields such as Project Nourished and restaurant exploration. It is important to thoroughly evaluate and understand the characteristics, strengths, and limitations of the developed system. Since there is a limit to approaching without convergence with IT and electronic technology, it is necessary to fully review how to use VR technology. Virtual reality technology has brought about innovative changes in the food industry, and its application scope is expected to expand further in the future.
