The purpose of this study is to analyze the integrated care project for domestic communities to identify the characteristics of the current project and to suggest improvements. With the rapid aging population, interest in elderly care programs is increasing in Korea, and to this end, the project is being transformed to suit the situation in Korea by referring to the Japanese regional comprehensive care system. Therefore, in this paper, after investigating the integrated care project for domestic communities, each case of three types of housing support, nursing service, and visiting treatment is selected and analyzed, and improvement measures are proposed. Based on case analysis, it is intended to increase the possibility of practical expansion of the current integrated care project.
