The paper advocates for a unified legislative approach that integrates specific AI solutions with overarching ethical principles. It highlights the essential nature of ethical governance and emphasizes the critical importance of transparency and accountability in the development of AI. Concluding with a call for agile and forward-looking legislation, the paper underscores the necessity for a balanced framework in China that intertwines technological advancements in AI with societal and individual interests.
